HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK OUR PLANNER?
While we are happy to help couples at any point in their wedding journey, we find it most helpful to bring on full service wedding planning & design clients from 12 - 18 months prior to their desired wedding date. For wedding management clients, we can accept clients closer to their date - but keep in mind, July, August and September dates often book out a year in advance!

I'M LOOKING FOR DAY-OF COORDINATION, DO YOU OFFER THAT?
Technically yes! Our wedding management package is our equivalent of 'day-of coordination' but we assist you from 3 months prior to your wedding. We believe this extended service time provides you with the best possible experience when handing over your plans for us to manage on your wedding day.​​​​​​​
​​WHAT IF MY VENUE HAS AN ONSITE COORDINATOR?
Great question! We love working closely with venue coordinators, but the two roles have very different responsibilities. While your venue coordinator will primarily take care of all aspects relating to the venue, we take care of the rest! Read more in our blog about the differences between the two positions.

WHAT IF YOU HAVEN'T WORKED AT OUR VENUE BEFORE
No worries! Each year at least 40% of our weddings take place in venues that we have not worked in previously - this is never an issue, as we always conduct site visits to familiarize ourselves with the space, and our planners and coordinators are well equipped to handle events in any venue!

DO YOU TRAVEL?
We sure do! While we are based in Calgary, Alberta, we do many weddings in the Rocky Mountains including Banff, Canmore and Lake Louise, but we are happy to travel anywhere you want us to be!
​​​​DO YOU HAVE A PREFERRED VENDOR LIST?
Yes, we do! All clients receive our Welcome Guide upon booking with us, which includes some of our favourite vetted vendors. Our preferred vendors are businesses that we have worked with in the past, and their practices and quality of work align with what we value in a wedding vendor team.​​​
