You've started your wedding planning journey, secured your venue, even locked down some core vendors, and have a pretty good idea of what tasks need to be completed - but now...you're stuck on design. Our Wedding Management & Design package is a combo package of coordination and design, where we take your wedding vision and help bring it to life.
We create your wedding aesthetic, choose your colour palette, and design everything from table top layout to ceremony backdrop, and everything in-between.
PARTIAL PLANNING
Dreaming of a stunning event but need a little extra help to bring it all together? Our Partial Planning package is the perfect option if you’ve already started planning but need assistance with specific details, and a shoulder to lean on! We help you select your perfect vendor team, and give you access to our planning portal checklist, all whilst providing you with guidance throughout your planning journey. And to top it all off, we execute and coordinate your wedding exactly as you pictured it!
FULL SERVICE WEDDING PLANNING & DESIGN
Did the thrill of getting engaged turn into stress the moment you started thinking about planning your wedding? Unsure how you'll manage to meet photographers, taste food samples, or pick out linen colours with your busy schedule? Don't worry! From crafting Pinterest boards, all the way through to “I do”, our Full Service Wedding Planning & Design package is our most comprehensive offering.

Working with Mel was an absolute dream - being from the states, we knew we needed a wedding planner with local connections to ensure a beautiful wedding in Banff. After interviewing a few, we best connected with Mel, who is detail oriented yet relaxed (which helped with our stress!), kind, knowledgeable, and so so good at planning and adding little ideas to ensure our day went perfectly. Mel's communication was INCREDIBLE, often responding within 24 hours and she was always available for a quick zoom if needed. We felt so relieved when she took the reins a month before the wedding (we chose the month of package, but felt so supported for the entire year of planning). It has been a week since our wedding and every single guest has commented on how lovely the day was.
